In order to calculate one fee unit in accordance with § 1 para. 1 of the GMAA Rules on the Remuneration of the Arbitral Tribunal please enter the value of the dispute in Euros or US-Dollars below. The fees will then be calculated in accordance with § 3 of the Rules. If you enter the value of the dispute in US-Dollars, the conversion into Euros takes place at the respective current published exchange rate on www.boerse.de. Please note that each arbitrator receives one unit of fees and in the case of an order to take evidence being made, each arbitrator receives an additional half unit of fees, e.g. with a dispute valued at EUR 320,000, each arbitrator would receive EUR 9,000 and if there is an order to take evidence, each arbitrator would receive EUR 13,500. Even after having made use of the calculator, checking the calculation under § 3 of the Rules on Fees is recommended.
