As from 1 January 2012 new GMAA Arbitrations Rules and a new fee schedule apply. You will find it under "Rules/Arbitration Rules" and "Fees/Fees for Arbitrators" respectively.

Rules
If there is a dispute between two parties, there are rules to regulate the proceedings, involving how the dispute is conciliated or how it is to be ruled upon. The widespread use of arbitration is regulated in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the German Maritime Arbitration Association which essentially are the tribunal’s procedural rules. In addition the GMAA provides Rules of Conciliation for use by the parties.
The Arbitration Rules are amended from time to time to suit changing requirements. In the Archive you will find older versions of the Arbitration Rules.
