Johanna Sergelius is working as a juge since November 2015. From January 2011 to November 2015 Johanna has been working as a lawyer for Ince & Co Germany LLP. Her litigation and arbitration practice covered international commercial disputes with a focus on cargo and charterparty claims as well as claims arising out of major maritime accidents. She also advised on insurance law matters, her expertise was particularly covering marine as well as D&O and E&O insurance. Having been involved in several major cases, Johanna has also obtained extensive experience in dealing with prospectus liability matters.
