Christoph Bruhn is working as Sale+Purchase Broker since 1985 and founded his own company 'Bruhn Shipbrokers GmbH' in 2005. Main activities are Sale+Purchase of 2nd-Hand Tonnage, incl. sales for Shiprecycling, as well as Valuations for Ships. As a member of various sub-committees of BIMCO he has participated in the revision of the Saleform (Saleform 2012) and the new BIMCO Shipsale 22, BIMCO-form Escrow Agreement (2017) and several BIMCO-Clauses for Shipsale-Contracts (e.g. Recycling-/FuelEU Maritime-/ETS-Clauses.
