Patrick Dahm is a Singapore-based German commercial and arbitration lawyer with over twenty years of professional experience. Legal studies in Hamburg, Germany; legal clerkship in Hamburg and Singapore; doctorate at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich; called to the German Bar in 2006; based in Singapore since 2008; admitted as foreign practitioner to practise in the permitted areas of Singapore law since 2014; foreign lawyer with full registration with the Singapore International Commercial Court since 2023; counsel and arbitrator practice in labour, corporate, commercial, IT, distribution and maritime law.

Sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in more than a dozen cases in various institutional and ad hoc proceedings under different rules (AIAC, CEAC/ASEAC, SCMA, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL); represented Asian and European parties in numerous court and arbitration proceedings under various procedural and substantive laws (both common law and civil law, including CISG) and arbitration rules (SIAC, SCMA, Swiss Rules, DIS, UNCITRAL).
